About Forest Bay Sauna

Forest Bay Sauna was born from our family’s love of nature, wellness, and the restorative tradition of Finnish sauna. We’re Marjorie and Aaron, longtime sauna lovers and North Woods explorers who believe deeply in the power of heat, cold, and community.

Aaron grew up practicing sauna in the North Woods of Wisconsin, and Marjorie has spent years studying mindful movement and breathwork. Together, we’ve sauna-ed everywhere—from tiny lake cabins to a cave in Italy—and have always dreamed of bringing an authentic Finnish sauna experience to the Green Bay area.

Our Sauna Experience

Unlike typical barrel saunas, our mobile sauna features a true two-tiered setup, allowing for a genuine Finnish heat experience. The large circular picture window frames Wisconsin’s forests, lakes, and sunsets—turning every session into a moment of stillness, beauty, and deep restoration.

From our forest retreat in Suamico to lakeshores, backyards, Airbnbs, and private wellness events across Northeast Wisconsin, we bring warm, grounding experiences to a region that knows winter well.
